Refund & Return Policy
At Stepping Stone, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a transparent shopping experience, we offer a structured refund and return policy applicable to all eligible products purchased through our website.
Return Eligibility:
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by all packaging and accessories. Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain categories such as personal care products, innerwear, consumables, and items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process:
Customers must raise a request through our support email or WhatsApp number with order details and images of the product. Our team will review the request and arrange pickup if approved.
Refunds:
Once the returned product passes quality verification from the supplier, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Stepping Stone reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions. We strive to make the process smooth and fair for every customer.
